What you are buying

Plans sold on this site are digital PDF downloads. Nothing ships. When your payment completes, your download link is delivered to the email you provided, and it keeps working after that.

License, plain English

Buying a plan gives you a personal license: build the project as many times as you want, for yourself, your family or your friends. Sell the finished piece if you like, the wood is yours.

What the license does not cover: sharing, reposting or reselling the PDF itself, or teaching the plans as your own paid content. One purchase, one household.

The guarantee

Every plan carries a 30 day money back guarantee. If the drawings did not earn their price, email within 30 days of purchase and the money comes back, no forms, no fight. You keep the PDF.

Build at your own risk

Woodworking and construction involve sharp tools, heavy material and power equipment. The plans describe how a project was built, but your build, your tools and your safety are your responsibility. Follow tool manufacturer instructions, wear protection and check local building codes where they apply, especially for structures like sheds and fences.

MJ Garage Shop is not liable for injuries, property damage or code violations arising from your build.

Custom and remodel work

Local service work booked by phone is quoted and contracted separately. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding estimate for physical work.

These terms may get revised as the shop grows. The date below always reflects the current revision.
